Warrnambool Water Treatment Plant

CCB Envico successfully conducted the design and construction of a 19 million litres per day Dissolved Air Floatation cell and a 9.5 ML/D filter to augment the existing Warrnambool Water Treatment Plant. This project involved working adjacent to the operating plant and cutting in services, as elements were completed. The works were conducted under an AS4300 contracting arrangement with performance requirements for final water quality and flow rates, which were all successfully delivered.

This contract also involved an upgrade to the existing backwash system for the overall plant and increasing the size of the filter gallery to the existing plant. This project located at Grieve Street in Warrnambool, Victoria increased the capacity of the Warrnambool Water Treatment Plant by 33%.
